What is flat bed die cutting?
Powered by a hydraulic press, flat bed die cutting uses a steel rule die to stamp shapes from foams, rubbers, adhesives and laminates. As the die meets the metal plate where the material is placed, a clean cut with sharp, precise edges emerges. For gasketing and sealing, masking and surface protection, or joining and assembly, flat bed die cutting offers an efficient means for customizing foams and industrial tapes.
