Digital Cutting
Digital cutting is extremely versatile and adaptable. Since customized tooling is not required, its cutting technique allows for prototyping and seamless transition to production of the required part. From large format die cuts to small multi-layer pieces, extremely accurate cuts are achieved on materials such as PSA, foam, corrugated, rubber, leather, acrylic, woven material, wood, aluminum composites, and many other substrates.
What is digital cutting?
A specialized blade is guided by CAD software, rather than stamping out shapes with metal dies. The gantry system ensures consistent results. The outcome: A versatile tool that extends our capabilities to meet the rigorous standards of die cut materials and beyond. In addition to carving 2-D shapes out of foam and other flexible materials, our digital cutting capabilities can also produce knock-out cuts, perforations, intricate shapes and more.
Powered by a renowned Swiss-engineered cutting system, our digital cutting capabilities equip us to help you achieve unmatched precision, sharp perfect edges, impeccable tolerance and repeatable results.

Benefits of digital cutting
- CAD guided software eliminates the need for custom tooling or dies
- Projects can commence with reduced lead time
- Consistently precise for close tolerance projects
- Produces intricate shapes
- Leaves behind cleaner, crisper edges compared to other software guided methods (like laser cutting)
- Produce prototypes and proof of concept with minimal lead time
- Optimal for low-volume production runs and custom orders
- Software guided nesting maximizes volume of material — minimizes waste
